Owner and Psychotherapist Phill Hampton has over 19 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Care Profession. He has worked relentlessly to help those suffering from clinical, life-debilitating conditions specifically related to anxiety, depression, anger management, and posttraumatic stress disorder. He is a staunch advocate of increasing public awareness surrounding behavioral health issues, as well as advancing public policies that positively impact those affected by mental health disorders.
Since 2013, Phill served in a management capacity with Humana Military; an independently-operating division of Humana dedicated to the wellbeing of our nation’s military service members, their families, and retirees. As an organizational leader, he oversaw a team dedicated to coordinating and facilitating mental health care activities for over 6 million beneficiaries located across the Eastern region of the United States. Furthermore, Mr. Hampton was a guest speaker at several community training events, discussing the role of caregivers and the importance of self-care while attending to their love one’s needs.
Phill currently practices as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Hampton Wellness Center, PLLC, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Christian-based counseling, and Motivational Interviewing.
Phill holds his Master of Social Work (MSW) from Grambling State University. In addition to being a LCSW, he is a Certified Case Manager and Life Coach.
