Life happens, whether we want it to or not. This includes the highs and lows that often take us by surprise, which can sometimes prove to be hard to navigate alone. While some are able to function without being negatively affected, additional help is needed for others, which can come in the form of therapy.
I specialize in working with children and adolescents through the practice of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, with a concentration in Clinical. I am currently under the supervision of Phill Hampton, LCSW.
I look forward to being able to help you further your understanding of yourself in a way that speaks best to you. I will work to create a safe space that invites you to open up and explore the multi-faceted layers of your mind. Your mental health matters to me.
